    ラスチック製保護層を配設したことを特徴とするイオン
    レーザ管。
  2. （２）前記プラスチック製保護層の材質が、フフッ’ｆ
    Ｍ脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリカーボネ
    ート樹脂のいずれかであることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のイオンレーザ管。
