Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転可能な支持体と、支持体の回転中心軸の放射線上に
    位置して支持体に取り付けられた複数の振動子と、支持
    体の回転によって振動子があらかじめ設定された回転角
    度にあるときに振動子に超音波の受発信をなさせるた、
    めに各振動子と受発信器との間に接続されたスイッチ手
    段とからなり、少なくともひとつの振動子が他の振動子
    と異なる周波数の超音波を受発信するもので構成され、
    スイッチ手段が受発信周波数の異なる振動子に前記設定
    角度にあるときに択一的に受発信をなさせるようにして
    なること、を特徴としているセクタ機械走査形超音波検
    査装置の探触子。
