Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate to produce an oxide permanent magnet of integral body which includes different characteristic values from the other part by a method wherein a part of a single form is immersed in a solution or coated with the solution. CONSTITUTION:A form 1 of single composition of a permanent magnet constructed with a basic formula; MO.6Fe2O3 (M=Sr, Ba, Pb) is dried. A part 2 of the form 1 is immersed in a solution consisting of one or more of additives and after that it is baked together with the other parts. Then oxide permanent magnet having plural magnetic characteristics is obtained.

1) l-, g thing t3. A material with magnetic properties is needed. In this case, two types of magnets (I) should be pasted together (when used, the manufacturing point or assembly S will be made at the same time). Ta1
゜The present invention (1-1) is applied to eliminate the drawbacks of the box and to reduce the cost evenly.
4 (Secondly, there is a method for producing oxide permanent magnets R1 and MO which easily exhibit two or more types of magnetic properties. When the molding density of a molded body of oxide permanent magnetic material is 2.90 g/cc, the porosity of the molded body is 43%. It was found that by impregnating and sintering a sintered body with a substance that has an effect on the sintered body, only the impregnated part had different magnetic properties than the unimpregnated part. The present invention aims to improve the coercive force by the initial stage of impregnation. After thoroughly impregnating the necessary parts and baking, phosphorus (or a suitable solvent) evaporates and a salt containing solute C remains in the molded body, which has an effect similar to that of an additive. In addition, during impregnation, the water absorbing power of the molded body, whether immersed or coated, was determined by applying the solution after sealing the non-water-immersed part. It is possible to use a method such as penetrating the molded product by penetrating it into a molded body. Impregnation treatment 1!l! 47th time・
