Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the positioning of the shaft of a transmission, by providing a component of the transmission, except the shaft, with a mark showing the direction of the center line of a tapped hole in a shaft supporting the securing member looking in the axial direction of the shaft. ウジングに形成した孔に緩嵌し、他端をねじ孔を設けた
シャフト支持固定部材として形成し、このシャフト支持
固定部材をトランスミッションケースに外方からねじ止
めしていた。しかし従来の方法ではリバースアイドラー
ギヤシャフトの組付時にシャフト支持固定部材のねシ孔
ノ中心線方向を示す手段がなかった為、リバースアイド
ラーギヤシャフト組付は後、シャフト支持固定部材のね
じ孔とトランスミッションケースの孔とが同一直線上に
並んでいることが保障されず、またシャフト支持固定部
材のねじ孔の向きを修正することができず再度組なおさ
なければならない場合があり、作業性が非常に悪かった

ける際にシャフト軸線方向より見てシャフトに対する相
対位置が変化しないシャフト以外の変速機の構成部品に
シャフト支持固定部材に設けたねじ孔の中心線方向を示
すマークを設けることによりシャフトを正確に位置決め
し、組み付けを容易にしている。
