示す接続図である。 図に於て、１３は線路、１４は制御スイッチ素子、１９
は半導体素子、２０はゲート回路、２２制御電源、２３
は側御回路である。尚各図中、同一符号は同一または相
当部分を示すものとする。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体を用いて形成され、その両極が音声信号を伝送す
    る線路の途中に接続され、その制御極にゲート電圧を印
    加する事により、上記両極間に電流を流通する制御スイ
    ッチ素子、この制御スイッチ素子の制御極に接続され、
    上記線路の音声信号の極性に応じて上記制御極に与える
    上記ゲート電圧を発生出力するゲート回路、外部操作信
    号に応じて上記ゲート回路の出力路をホトカップラを介
    して開閉制御する制御回路を備え、上記線路に伝送され
    る音声信号を開閉する無接点型スイッチ回路。
