    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自転車の車体１３に車輪と共に固定されている固定軸８
    に自由に回転できるハンドル１をかぶせ駐車時にＴ字型
    のハンドル１を車体と一直線になるようにし車中を狭く
    する方法としてハンドル１に転換器４を取り付は固定棒
    ５を引きあげ固定軸８に付いている固定金具（右・左）
    ６に固定棒５を挿入して・・ンドル１を固定子る。固定
    軸８は固定金具締付金具２により固定具１０が引き上げ
    られ車体１３に固定すると共にハンドル１も固定軸８の
    上部に定着して自由に回転する。固定棒５を固定金具に
    挿入してダイヤル錠７を回せば完全に施錠され固定棒５
    は抜けなくなりハンドル１は回転しない。
