Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オリフィスと流量調節弁とを有し蒸発性液流体を流す配
    管の、上記オリフィスを挾んだ位置に下端部が夫々連通
    し上部にガス化部を有する一対の導圧管と、同導圧管の
    上端部が夫々連通される差圧計とからなり、上記配管内
    を流れる蒸発性液流体の流量を検出する流量検出器にお
    いて、上記一対の導圧管同志を連通させる連絡管と、同
    連絡管に介装される通常開じた電磁弁と、−上記流量調
    節弁の全閉を検知し上記電磁弁を開けるスイッチとから
    なることを特徴とする流量検出器。
