    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）保形性を有する食品からなる球状の中心核を有し
    、該中心核の外周に、ソース風味の粉末原料とバインダ
    ー液とからなる粘稠物の第１被覆層を形成し、該第１被
    覆層の外周に、小麦粉を主体とする生地原料粉とバイン
    ダー液とからなる半固形物の第２被覆層を形成してなる
    多層球状の生食品。
  2. （２）球状の中心核として球状チーズを使用し、第１被
    覆層となる粉末原料を、ピザソース風味となした登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の多層球状の生食品。
  3. （３）　　球状の中心核として球状のソーセージを使用
    し、第１被覆層となる粉末原料をホットドックディップ
    ソース風味となした登録請求の範囲第１項記載の多層球
    状の生食品。
