共に前記ランプ収容筒と光散乱板の下端面との間に軸方
向に異色に区分けされた透明円筒が配設さく該異色透明
円筒が滑り板を介して緩やかに回転することによって前
記光散乱板からの異色の発光が視認され且つ、前記クリ
ップの接続状態に応じて発光と発光強度が変化すること
