  1. 矩形状の抵抗パターンを有する厚膜抵抗素子において、
    前記抵抗パターンの周辺を除く内部のみにて、前記抵抗
    パターンの部分カットによる抵抗値調整のためのトリミ
    ングがなされていることを特徴とする厚膜抵抗素子。
