  1. ＦＥＴと、このＦＥＴのドレインと、電源間に接続され
    た定電流値設定用の第１の抵抗と、上記ＦＥＴのソース
    と電源間に接続された定電流値設定用の第２の抵抗と、
    上記ＦＥＴのゲートと上記第１の抵抗と電源との接続点
    間に接続された逆方向バイアス阻止用の第１のダイオー
    ドと、上記ＦＥＴのゲートと上記第２の抵抗と電源との
    接続点との間に接続された逆方向バイアス阻止用の第２
    のダイオードとよりなる定電流回路。
