Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１、第２及び第３のトランジスタのエミッタが各々抵
    抗を介して電源の一端に接続され、上記第１及び第２の
    トランジスタのベースが共通に接続され、上記第２のト
    ランジスタのコレクタとベースが、別のトランジスタの
    ベース・エミッタを介して、また（１介することなく直
    接共通に、接続され、上記第２及び第３のトランジスタ
    のコレクタが共通の抵抗を介して上記電源の他端に接続
    され、上記第３のトランジスタのベースと上記電源の一
    端及び他端の間に各ふ抵抗が接続され、パ上記第１のト
    ランジスタのコレクタに定電流出力が得られる定電流回
    路。
