Claims

In a device that insulates a live part by twisting the ends of electric wires over a required length and covering the surface with a sleeve, the cover body has a diameter that can accommodate the live part and a required length. A cylindrical accommodating part having a diameter is provided with a gripping part whose inner diameter matches the diameter of the electric wire at one end, and a fitting part that can be inserted into the accommodating part and a gripping part having the same shape as the gripping part. The inner diameter of each of the gripping parts is formed into a tapered surface with a smaller diameter at the tip, and a bent part of the tip of the electric wire folded back at the end of the charging part is formed at a position on the accommodating part side.
