    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気される複数のバキューム孔を有する吸着面を備えた
    保持部と、この保持部先端に上記吸着面から背面方向に
    延びるよう形成したウェハガードとを具備し、このウェ
    ハガードの幅を、少なくともキャリア内のウェハ収納間
    隔よりも大きく設定したことを特徴とするバキュームピ
    ンセット。
