１７を形成し、該支持体１７に上記第２アーム部７を該
第２アーム部７の両側にバネ１８を介し該バネ１８、第
２アーム部７の摺動孔６及び支持体１７の支持孔１９に
調節摘子２０の調節摘子軸２１を挿通し該調節摘子軸２
１の一端をもう一つの調節摘子２２により調節可能に取
着し、上記支持体１７の回動部１４を回動可能に枢支す
る枢支孔２３を取着体２４に設け、該取着体２４に該取
着体２４を机等の基体３の周縁部２５に締め付は固定す
