の上端側として前記加熱器を前記筒状中心電極の筒体内
および前記有底筒状固体電解質の筒体内に挿入し、さら
に前記加熱器のフランジ上面に絶縁碍子、スプリングを
順次積み重ね、前記スプリングのバネ力により前記筒状
中心電極と前記加熱器のフランジおよび前記筒状中心電
極と前記有底筒状固体電解質の内側電極とを抑圧接触さ
せるとともに、前記加熱器を支承することを特徴とする
