棒状の加熱器を挿入して内燃機関の排ガス中の酸素濃度
を検出する加熱器付酸素濃度検出器において、前記加熱
器の発熱部と電極部との間の外周部にフランジを設ける
とともに、前記有底筒状固体電解質の開放端に筒状中心
電極を配置し前記加熱器のフランジを前記筒状中心電極
の上端側として前記加熱器を前記筒状中心電極の筒体内
および前記有底筒状固体電解質の筒体内に挿入し、さら
に前記加熱器のフランジ上面に絶縁碍子、スプリングを
順次積み重ね、前記スプリングのバネ力により前記筒状
中心電極と前記加熱器のフランジおよび前記筒状中心電
極と前記有底筒状固体電解質の内側電極とを抑圧接触さ
せるとともに、前記加熱器を支承することを特徴とする
加熱器付酸素濃度検出器。 ２ 加熱器がセラミックヒータである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の加熱器付酸素濃度検出器。 ３ 加熱器がシーズヒータである実用新案登録請求の範
