    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 旋回運動を行なう電子を中空ビームに射出形成する電子
    銃部と、該電子と高周波電磁界とがサイクロトロン共鳴
    条件において相互作用する高周波回路部と、電子群を捕
    捉するコレクタ部が配列された電子サイクロトロン共鳴
    メーザ装置において、前記高周波回路部のコレクタ部側
    の外周に磁性体が配置され、該磁性体を摺動させる機構
    を具備していることを特徴とする電子サイクロトロン共
    鳴メーザ装置。
