Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 順方向バイアス電源、制御信号の入力端子及び出力端子
    に接続するトランジスタ回路よりなる順−方向バイアス
    用スイッチング回路と、前記入力端子及び出力端子並び
    に逆方向バイアス電源に接続する前記トランジスタとは
    別のトランジスタ回路よりなる逆方向バイアス用スイツ
    ｊング回路とを備え、前記出力端子にピンダイオード移
    相器を接続し、前記両スイッチング回路を独立交互に動
    作せしめて前記移相器をスイッチングすることを特徴と
    するピンダイオード移相器の駆動回路。
