４は磁石、５は磁石の位置決め突起、６は空隙、７は動
き止め突起、８は動き止め溝、９は金属薄板リング、１
０は折り曲げ部、１２は非磁性充填材である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）機関のクランク軸に取付けられるボス、このボス
    に固定される椀状の磁性体よりなるフライホイル、この
    フライホイルの円筒部円周にリング状に配列される磁石
    を有するものにおいて、フライホイル内周に磁石の位置
    を決めるための突起と、配列された磁石の間に設けられ
    る動き止め突起もしくは溝を有し、上記リング状に配］
    された磁石の内周には金属薄板リングが設けられ、この
    金属薄板リングはフライホイル開口端側において磁石の
    内径より外へ折り曲げられて磁石を係止し、フライホイ
    ル内径と金属薄板リング内径の間に非磁性充填物を充填
    し、この非磁性充填物が上記フライホイル内周の動き止
    め突起の周囲もしくは溝の中に充填され、更に金属薄板
    リングの折り曲端部を囲繞し、金属薄、　　　　板リン
    グの他端部の内周の一部をも囲繞するように充填するこ
    とにより、磁石の周囲が充填物、金属リング、フライホ
    イルで完全に囲繞すると共に、磁石、金属薄板リング、
    フライホイルが充填物により軸方向、回転方向に固定さ
    れるようにしたことを特徴とする磁石発電機の回転子。
  2. （２）動き止め突起と動き止め溝が両方併用された構成
    を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁石発電
    機の回転子。
  3. （３）充填材はポリアミド系レジンである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の磁石発電機の回転
    子。
