Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 水元り」は中央のコア相の」二下に異種の樹脂を積層し
たシート状物を押出成形する押出成形型に関し、本発明
の目的とするところはコア材の上下位置及び上下の樹脂
厚全自由に調整できるシート状物押出成形型を提供する
にある。
以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。f+)はタイベー
ス(4)に取付けた支持プレートであって、この支持プ
レート+11に一対の型半休(2aX2b)kボルト下
には夫々樹脂溜9部(5aX5b)k設けてあり、中央
のリップf!A[61と樹脂溜り部(5a)(5b)と
の開にシート状の樹脂通路(7a X 7b )を設け
である。支持プレート+1)と一方の型半休(2a)と
の間の中央には室間(8)を設けてあり、この室間(8
)内に樹脂厚調整体(9)を上下動自在に内装してあり
、樹脂厚調整体(9)の中央に先端がリップ部(6)に
対向する断面三角形状の調整突起部(9a’)を設けで
ある。また支持プレート(1)の中央から樹脂厚調整体
(9)を介してり199部(6)まで]ア柑通路(11
)を設けである。型半体(2a)の下部より先端が樹脂
厚調整体(9)に当接される調整ねじ(10)を螺入し
てあり、調整ねじ(10)の螺入量を変えることにより
樹脂厚調整体(9) ’!!−上下動させられるように
なっている。しかして例えば中央のコア相通1!(II
)から発泡スチロール、発泡塩化ビニルのような樹脂(
押出成形する)、又はSPCのような金属板、アルミニ
ウムのような金属箔、又は布等のコア材(12)を送出
し、一方樹脂溜り郁(5a)からアクリル、AAS樹脂
、ポリ塩化ビニル等の樹脂を供給し、樹脂溜り部(5I
))に樹脂溜り部(5a)と別の軟質塩化ビニル、AA
S樹脂等の樹脂を供給すると、夫々の樹脂が樹脂通路(
7aX7b)ffi介してリップ部(6)に供給されて
コア材0匂の上下に異種の樹脂が積層されたシート状物
(A)が押出される。この際調整ねじ(10)を調整し
て樹脂厚調整体(9)を上下させると樹脂通路(7aX
7b)の先端の間隔が変って上下の樹脂厚が変わると共
に中央のコア材’ F12)の上下位置が変わる。
本発明は叙述の如くリップ部手前の樹脂通路の間隔を調
整すると共にコア材の上下位置を調整し得る樹脂厚調整
体を上下動自在に設けであるので、樹脂厚調整体を上下
させることにより上下の樹脂通路の先端の間隔を変える
と共にコア材の上下 ′位置f:変えることができ、シ
ート状物のコア材の厚さ方向の位置と上下の樹脂厚を自
由に調整できるものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (り  上下の樹脂溜り部から樹脂通路ヲ介して中央の
    リップ部に夫々異種の樹脂を送ると共にコア材を水平方
    向に送ってリップ部でコア相の上下に上記異種の樹脂を
    積層するシート状物押出成形型において、リップ部手前
    の樹脂通路の開隔を調整すると共にコア材の上下位置を
    調整し得る樹脂厚調整体を上下動目在に設けて成ること
    を特徴とするシート状物押出成形型。
