Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 感光体と、この感光体のトナー像を転写した用紙を、少
    なくとも一方に熱源をもったヒートロールを含む一対の
    オイル塗布されたロールに挾持して搬送させるこ七によ
    り、前記トナー像を前記用紙に定着させる定着装置とを
    具備し、前記定着装置が前記感光体の上方に位置する電
    子写真複写機において、前記定着装置のオイルもれ防止
    部材が二重構造を形成し、且つ外側に位置するオイルも
    れ防止部材が前記感光体寄りに設けられ、用紙の通過部
    分を残して前記感光体と定着装置の間を遮蔽することを
    特徴とする定着装置。
