Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １一端を閉じられた円筒状のケース、該ケースの他端に
外周部を支持されて該他端を閉じかつ中央部が該ケース
の内方へ向けてへこんだ有底ホーン、および該ケースの
内側に位置づけられかつ該ホーンの底部に接合された圧
電磁器バイモルフ振動子を含むことを特徴とする空中超
音波送受波器。 ２ 上記ホーンの底部の直径は上記バイモルフ振動子の
基本振動の振動の節の直径とほぼ等しいことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の空中超音波送受
波器。 ３ 上記ケースの上記一端を閉じているのは端子板であ
り、該端子板を貫通したリード端子と上記バイモルフ振
動子の電極とをリード線を介して接続しであることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記
載の空中超音波送受波器。 ４ 上記ホーンは上記底部が他の部分よりも薄（されて
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
は第２項又は第３項記載の空中超音波送受波器。
