    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源と、静電誘導型サイリスタと、負荷を含む回路と、
    前記静電誘導型サイリスタをＯＮ、ＯＦＦ制御するため
    のゲート回路とを備えたものにおいて、前記静電誘導型
    サイリスタと直列に可飽和リアクトルを設け、前記ゲー
    ト回路はゲート端子に負の電圧をＯＮ、ＯＦＦ制御して
    印加するように構成したことを特徴とする静電誘導型サ
    イリスクの制御回路。
