    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 抵抗体と導電部とで形成された発熱部を絶縁部材で被覆
    してなる面状発熱体において、前記抵抗体３に貫通孔Ａ
    ９、絶縁部材８に貫通孔ＢＩＧを各複数個設け、さらに
    この貫通孔Ａ９、ＢＩＧを重ね合せて構成したことを特
    徴とする面状発熱体。
