Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アクチュエータの回転出力軸に回転の取出軸が−接続さ
    れ、該取出軸に固定された第１ギヤに弁開方向の第２ギ
    ヤおよび弁閉方向の第３ギヤが各々噛合され、これら第
    ２、第３ギヤを各為支持した−　　　゛　弁開方向の中
    間軸および弁閉方向の中間軸が中間ギヤ群を介して設定
    軸に連結され、該設定軸に固定された作動片に対応して
    位置検出スイン≠が設けられた弁開度調節装置において
    、前記中間軸は内軸と、該内軸にその少なくとも一部分
    において同心に回転自在に嵌挿された中空外軸とからな
    り、前記内軸および外軸に対し各々前記第２、第３ギヤ
    および小間ギヤ群が固定又は回転自在に嵌挿され、該外
    軸を前記内軸に対し固定解放可能とする第１図 １２′ｉｔ　　　、、ｔｌｊｚ ロック手段が内外軸の少なくともいずれか一方に設けら
    れたことを特徴とするバルブアクチュエータ用弁開度調
    節装置。
