Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、大型エンジンで、分割された隣接するシリン
ダヘッド等、分離した２物体を共締めするための座金に
関するものである。
この種の座金は第１図に示すようになっていて、隣接す
る分離した２物体ａ， ｌ）の双方に跨座し、ボル｝
Ｃにて締付ける構或になっている。
ところが従来のこの座金は第１図に示すように、その左
右の座面ｄ， ｄが同一平面状であったため、第２図に
示すように、２つの物体ａ， ．ｂの締付け面の高さが
寸法誤差等により異なった場合にはこれらを均一に締付
けることが不可能であつた。
本考案は上記のことにかんがみなされたもので、締付け
ようとする２つの物体の締付け面に多少の誤差があって
も両物体をそれぞれ均等に締付けることができるように
した２物体締付用座金を提供しようとするものである。
以下その構戊を第３図以下に示した実施例に基づいて説
明する。
座金１はボルト孔２を有する中央部３と、この中央部３
の左右に位置して締付けようとする物体の座面に当接す
る締付け部４，４とからなっている。
そしてこの座金１のボルト孔２を有する中央部３の上面
が円弧状に膨出されている。
また左右の締付け部４，４の締付け面である下面は中央
部３の下面に対して円弧状に膨出されている。
なお上記各膨出部はそれぞれ左右方向の円弧あるいは球
状になっている。
本考案に係る座金１は上記のようになるから、締付けよ
うとする２つの物体Ａ， Ｈの締付け面（Φ誤差があっ
ても、座金１の締付け部４，４の下面が円弧状に膨出し
ていることにより両物体Ａ， Ｂをそれぞれ均等にかつ
大きな締付力にて締付けることができる。
また本考案によれば左右の締付け部４，４の下面が中央
部３の下面より円弧状に膨出していることにより、締付
けようとする２物体Ａ， Ｈの締付け面に段差がない場
合であってもなんらさしつかえなく強固に締付けること
ができる。

図、第４図は平面図、第５図は本考案例による作用説明
図である。 ２はボルト孔、３は中央部、４は締付け部。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 中央部３にボルト孔２を設け、また左右両側部の下面に
    それぞれ異なる物体Ａ， Ｈの座面に当接する締付け
    部４，４を設けた２物体締付用座金において、上記ボル
    ト孔２を有する中央部３の上面を円弧状に膨出し、また
    上記締付け部４，４の下面を中央部３の下面に対して円
    弧状に膨出したことを特徴とする２物体締付用座金。
