Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）トナー像を担持した複写紙の経路に゛沿って設け
    た定着部と排紙口との間に２個の紙検知器を配設すると
    ともに定着部側に設けた第１の紙検知器が前記複写紙の
    存在を検知した後、一定時間内に排紙口側に設けた第２
    の紙検知器が複写紙の存在を検知しない場合、ジャムと
    判断し、前記複写紙の搬送動作を停止させるようにした
    定着ジャム検知装置。。
  2. （２）前記第１の紙検知器を、発光器からの光が反射板
    を介して受光器に到達する光路を複写紙が遮断すること
    により複写紙の存在を検知するようになした実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の定着ジャム検知装置。
  3. （３）前記第１の紙榛知器によって複写紙を検知してい
    る間はジャム解除信号を発生しないようにした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の定着ジャム検知
    装置。
