    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電磁器振動子が少なくとも１枚以上貼合わされて構成
    されたバイモルフ振動子と、その中央部、　　に取り付
    けられたコニカル状共振子とからなる複合共振子を弾性
    接着剤を介して端子板に取り付け、前記複合共振子と端
    子板とをケーに収納するとともに、前記コニカル状共振
    子に網を接合させた超音波セラミックマイクロホン。
