片を外向きに設け、上部柱の外径よりも大きい筒状を呈
した締具支持体の下部に上記突出片の通過可能な切欠を
設け、この切欠から該突出片を外方へ出して上記締具支
持体の下部に上記締付環を嵌合させ、該締付環は下部柱
の下端部外周に、締具支持体は上部柱の下部にそれぞれ
嵌合し、該締具支持体外側には上記切欠の上部に突部を
設け、上記締付環の締付用突出片に対しては之を両側か
ら圧迫する挾み片を設けた締具を前記支持体の突部に上
下方向回動自在に枢着したことを特徴とするエバポに一
