    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流木口と流出口との間の弁座に弁体が当接、離間して弁
    孔を開閉する電磁弁において、弁体と連動するピストン
    機構と、このピストン機構を内蔵した負圧室と、この負
    圧室と被制御流体の通路との間に設けた絞り孔と、負圧
    室と被制御流体の通路との間に設置され、ピストン機構
    が負圧室を拡張する方向に移動する際に閉止するチェッ
    ク弁手段とをそれぞれ備えていることを特徴とするスロ
    ーオープン電磁弁。
