Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は電子部品を自動挿入する場合に使用するテーピン
グされた電子部品のテープ接続装置に係り、簡単な作業
によって容易にかつ確実に接続できる優れたテープ接続
装置を提供しようとするものである。
一般に電子部品を自動挿入する場合にはテーピングされ
た電子部品を用いることが多い。
ところで、この場合、テープの長さは有限であるため、
電子部品の補給に際しては必ずテープの終端に補給用の
テープの始端を接続する必要がある。
従来この種のテープを接続する場合には、第１図に示す
ように上面に複数のピン２を有する接続治具１を使用し
、この治具１のピン２に互に接続すべきテープ３，４に
形成した位置決め穴５，６を嵌合し上記テープ３，４の
終端と始端とを互に突合せ別に用意した専用のテープ７
．７を上記突合せ部分の表裏に接着して互に接続するよ
うにしているものである。
しかしながら、この種のものでは別個に専用のテープ７
．７を必要とし、しかも専用テープ７．７の接着に際し
てはいちいちテープ３，４の表に接着した後テープ３，
４を裏がえして再び裏面に接着する必要があり、その作
業性もきわめて悪いものであった。
本案は以上のような従来の欠点を除去するものであり、
作業性よく強固にかつ確実に接続できる優れたテープ接
続装置を提供するものである。
以下、本案のテープ接続装置について一実施例の図面と
ともに説明する。
図において、８は上面に複数の位置決めピン９を有する
基台、１０は基台８に形成した案内溝、１１は底板部が
案内溝１０に摺動自在に挿入されたホッチキス、１２は
ホッチキス１１を構成する底板部に形成された長孔、１
３は基台８の舌片部１４に形成された透孔、１５は上記
長孔１２及び透孔１３に挿入されたビス、１６はビス１
５に螺合されたナツトである。
上記実施例においてテープを互に接続する場合には、第
４図に示すようにテープ１７．１８に形成された位置決
め穴１９．２０をそれぞれ基台８に形成された位置決め
ピン９，９に嵌合し、テープ１７の終端とテープ１８の
始端とを互に突合せホッチキス１１を用いて両テープ１
７．１８を互に接続する。
この場合ホッチキス１１はテープ１７．１８の巾方向に
摺動自在であるため、ホッチキス１１を少しずつ摺動さ
せてテープ１７．１８の巾方向に数個所接続する。
このことによって、第５図に示すように両テープ１７．
１８は強固にかつ確実に接続される。
尚図中２１は、テープ１７，１８によってテーピングさ
れた電子部品である。
以上、実施例より明らかなように本考案のテープ接続装
置によれば、テープの接続に際して一方のテープの始端
と他方のテープの終端とが互に突合わされるように上記
テープを基台に対して位置決めし、しかる後、上記基台
に対して摺動自在に取付けられたホッチキスを用い、上
記互に突合わされたテープの始端と終端との間を複数個
所に亙って互に接続するだけで良く、その接続作業が非
常に容易かつ確実であるという利点を有する。
そして、本考案の場合には専用の接着テープ等を全く必
要とせず単にホッチキスの操作によって容易にかつ確実
にテープを接続することができ、全体としてテープの接
続に要する費用を大巾に軽減させることかできコスト的
にも著しく有利であるという利点を有する。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基台に複数の位置決めピンを突設し、これらのピンにそ
    れぞれ接続すべきテープに形成した位置決め穴を嵌合す
    ることによって上記接続すべき一方のテープの始端と他
    方のテープの終端とが互に突合わされるように構成する
    と共に上記基台に対して摺動自在にホッチキスを装着し
    上記ホッチキスによって上記一方のテープの始端と他方
    のテープの終端とを互に上記テープの巾方向の複数個所
    に亙って接続できるように構成したテープ接続装置。
