動に対して一体とされる部材と、前記ロアシャフト等の
軸方向移動に対して固定された部材との両部材の対向す
る面側のいずれか一側に樹脂で形成された緩衝材を設け
、この緩衝材を少なくとも二層の硬度の異なる樹脂層で
形成し、これを緩衝作用方向に重ね合わせて構成し、周
囲環境温度の変化にかかわらず、常に良好な緩衝作用を
なすようにしたことを特徴とするテレスコピックステア
