In places where the pillars are bent, it is necessary to change the connection direction with the pillars so that the entire structure is bent, and in places where the pillars are curved with a small radius, the spacing between the pillars must be made small or the beams will protrude.

A plurality of metal wires extending in the tube axis direction are buried, and a thick wall portion extending in the tube axis direction and serving as a reinforcing rib is formed, and the metal wires and the thick wall portions are arranged at equal intervals in the tube circumferential direction. The metal wires are buried next to each other.

At the same time, the thick walled portions 3 and 4 extending in the tube axis direction are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the tube, and the metal wires 2 are attached to a plurality of adjacent thick walled portions 3. The remaining adjacent thick-walled portions 4 that are buried are designed to function as reinforcing ribs without burying the metal wire 2, and the thick-walled portions 4 that function as reinforcing ribs are provided. The sides are curved inward.

The remaining two adjacent thick parts 4, 4 are constructed as reinforcing ribs without metal wires.

A large amount of resin is consumed locally in the circumferential direction to fill the area where the metal wire should be buried, and the extrusion speed in that area decreases, so the metal wire is not buried. This means that the side where the thick part is provided is curved inward.

In this project, the graft copolymer is used as a resin material because vinyl acetate-based adhesives exhibit excellent adhesive properties for both graft copolymers and metals. In addition, by applying a vinyl acetate adhesive layer 5 to the surface of the metal wire 2 and embedding it in the resin body 1 as shown in the enlarged part of Figure 1, it is stable especially in cold regions or under the sea. It can be used as a tube body 1 and metal wire 2.
A composite resin pipe is provided which has a sufficient reinforcing effect without causing slippage between the pipe and the pipe.

厚肉部を内側に彎曲した管が得られるのである。As described above, the present invention embeds a plurality of metal wires in the pipe body and forms a thick wall portion that acts as a reinforcing rib in place of the metal wires, and these metal wires and thick wall portions are The metal wires are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the metal wires are buried next to each other, so the reduced mechanical strength due to the metal wires not being buried is sufficiently compensated for by the thick portions of appropriate thickness and width. It can provide the same strength as a large number of metal wires buried at equal intervals, and since the metal wires are buried next to each other instead of being arranged evenly in the circumferential direction, it is especially effective for bending. Even without any processing, it is possible to obtain a tube with the thick wall part curved inward by extrusion shaping.
