    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持わくに保持されたヒータおよび感ガス部を有する基
    板、上記ヒータに電源を供給するためにヒータの一端に
    接続されたヒータ電極、上記ガス部に電源を供給するた
    めに感ガス部の一端に接続されたセンサ電極、上記ヒー
    タおよび感ガス部の他端に共通に接続されたヒータ・セ
    ンサ共用電極、このヒータ・センサ共用電極に一端が接
    続され異常温度上昇時に変形してこのヒータおよび感ガ
    ス部への通電を断つ形状記憶合金またはバイメタル製の
    感熱片を備えてなるガスセンサ。
