Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ′（１）空洞部を有する一定厚さの弗素樹脂板を薄い弗
    素樹脂製シートにより当該空洞部の開口を密閉し、その
    シートの外側に該空洞部の開口を周回する位置にバッキ
    ング材を介在させて金属板を当該弗素樹脂板に向けて締
    め付け、固定し、２つのチャンネルを介して当該空洞部
    に出入する薬液を、金属板の外側に固着した加熱冷却素
    子により加熱又は冷却することを特徴とする耐蝕性熱交
    換器。 （２）空洞部の開口が弗素樹脂板の両側にあり、２枚の
    弗素樹脂製シートにより当該空洞部を密閉することを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載の耐
    蝕性熱交換器。 （３）　　空洞部の開口に相応する部分で金属板の内面
    とシートの外面とを面接着しであることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項又は第（２）項に記載
    の耐蝕性熱交換器。 （４）金続板の外面が平坦であり、加熱冷却素子を面接
    着しであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （１）項、第（２）項又は第（３）項に記載の耐蝕性熱
    交換器。
