導体、４はサブシャーシ、５は筐体、６はバネワッシャ
、７は取付用ネジ、８はワッシャである。なお、図中同
一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付しである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）回路を有する誘電体回路基板の地導体面が一方の
    面に取付けられ、かつ他方の面は筐体の面に固定されて
    いるサブシャーシーを、上記筐体に電導体で浮かして取
    付けであることを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
  2. （２）電導体としてサブシャーシーを筐体に固定するた
    めのネジが通るワッシャーを用いたことを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の混成集積回路装
    置。
