Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端を接地したコイルと容量との直列回路を含む共振回
    路を一方のキャビティにてシールドし、他方のキャビテ
    ィにシールドされた高周波増幅回路と前記共振回路とを
    インピータンス整合素子にて整合す葛ようにした高周波
    回路装置において、前記容量を前記一方、他方のキャビ
    ティを仕切る金属板に設けた貫通型容量にて構成し、前
    記貫通型容量のリード線と前記インピーダンス整合素子
    のリード線とを接続して成り、前記貫通型容量及びコイ
    ルの各一部が前記整合要素の一部となるように構成した
    ことを特徴とする高周波回路装置。
