    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端に制御電極が接続された第１のスイッチングトラ
    ンジスタと、この第１のスイッチングトランジスタの第
    １の、ＩＩ＝４５！１両電極に接続されたツェナータイ
    オートと、前記第１のスイッチングトランジスタの第２
    の非制御電極に第１の積分回路を介して制御電極が接続
    された第２のスイッチングトランジスタと、この第２の
    スイッチングトランジスタの第１の弁開８電極に接続さ
    れたツェナータイオートと、前記第２のスイッチングト
    ランジスタの第２の非制御電極に第２の積分回路を介し
    て接続された出力端とを具備することを特徴とするイン
    ターレス回路。
