本考案はダンプ車の煽戸開閉装置に関するものであって
、ダンプ機構により荷箱を傾動させて煽戸を開き、土砂
、砂利等の運搬物を排出するようにした従来のダンプ車

回転し得るが、土砂等を煽戸の高さ以上に積載したよう
な場合、或は荷箱を急激に傾斜させた場合には、滑り落
ちる土砂等で煽戸の上側部が重圧を受けるので、軸を中
心とする煽戸の回動が困難であった。従って、土砂等が
煽戸を乗シ越えて落下し、煽戸は土砂等で完全に埋設し
てしまい、ダンプ車を前に動かすことが不可能となる場
合が屡々あった。又土砂の排出時ダンプ車の重心が後部
に移ることによシ、前輪が浮き上るという危険性もあっ
