    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固体電解質からなる酸素イオン導電板１１を用いた酸素
    濃度検出装置１０において、前記酸素イオン導電板の両
    面の中央部に電極板１１ａを設けるとともに、前記酸素
    イオン導電板に、この酸素１　　イオン導電板を加熱す
    るための抵抗発熱体１２を前記電極板と離間させて設け
    たことを特徴とする酸素濃度検出装置。
