Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 相対向して設けられた一対の電極と、これら電極を巻装
    して互に異極に磁化する励磁コイルと、上記磁極間に加
    工物体を支持して駆動する駆動源と、上記磁化された磁
    極間に介在して上記加工物体を研磨する磁気研磨材とを
    具備し、上記電極は軸方向に摺動自在に結束された複数
    の磁極片よりなり、上記加工物体に対向する上記電極の
    形状が上記加工物体の形状に対応して調整自在に設けら
    れていることを特徴とする磁気研磨装置。
