    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 輻射放熱面が断熱されてボディに接続されて成るコレク
    タ真空外囲器の中にボディに対して断熱され且つ磁器製
    絶縁体により前記コレクタ真空外囲器およｔ複数のコレ
    クタ電極が互いに電気絶縁され支持されている進行波管
    の多段コレクタに於いて、前記コレクタ電極の円錐部分
    及び磁器製絶縁体と接触する部分を除く円周部分に切欠
    けを有することを特徴とする進行波管の多段コレクタ。
