Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　板状電極の片面または両面に、水銀ゲッタ材
    を圧着した電極を、断面が扁平なガラス管内に設けたフ
    ラット型冷陰極放電管。
  2. （２）板状電極が、その先端が曲げられたものよりなる
    。実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフラット型冷陰
    極放電管。
  3. （３）板状電極が、長方形のものをその中央部で折り曲
    げたものよりなる。実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のフラット型冷陰極放電管。
  4. （４）板状電極が、長さ方向の中心を、浅い山形に屈曲
    させたものよりなる。実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のフラット型冷陰極放電管。
  5. （５）　　板状電極が、２枚よりなりこの間に支持線を
    挾み、この部分を溶接したものよりなる。実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のフラット型冷陰極放電管。
