第１図は従来の冷却型赤外線検知用光電変換装置を説明
する要部断面図、第２図は本考案を適用した冷却型赤外
線検知用光電変換装置の一実施例を示す要部縦断面図で
ある。 図面において、１は外筒、２は内筒、３は透光窓、４は
冷却基台、５は光電変換素子、６はコールドシールド、
７はコールドシールド６の開孔、２１は反射膜、２２は
透光スリットを示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透光窓を設けた外筒の、該透光窓に対向した冷却基台上
    に充電変換素子を配設してなり、かつその光電変換素子
    の前面に光の入射範囲を規定する開孔を有するコールド
    シールドを具えてなる装置構成において、前記透光窓に
    光電変換素子に対する入射光の視野角を規定する透光ス
    リットをそなえた反射膜を設けると共に、前記コールド
    シールドの開孔を、上記透光スリットによって規定され
    る視野角よりも大きい視野角となるように設定したこと
    を特徴とする冷却型光電変換装置。
