    玉ねぎの基部および根部を切断するものにおいて、前記
    本体の上下に着脱自在に被着する上蓋および下蓋にはそ
    れぞれメタルを装設し、上下方向に長くなる前記カッタ
    ーの回転軸の上下端を上下の前記メタルに着脱自在に嵌
    合して取付は構成したことを特徴とする玉ねぎの根茎切
    断装置。
