  1. 金属内管と、先端を閉鎖した閉鎖端部を金属内管の先端
    より突き出して金属内管の外側に密着して配設した金属
    外管と、前記金属内管に内装した導線と、この導線に接
    続し前記金属外管の閉鎖端部に内装した抵抗素子と、前
    記金属外管の閉鎖端部内側及び金属内管内に充填した無
    機絶縁材粉末と、からなる測温抵抗体。
