The food is heated by irradiating the food with microwaves generated by a power supply component such as a magnetron 4, which enables energy saving and speedy cooking. In addition to the power supply components described above, a time switch 6 for setting the heating time, a fan motor 6 for cooling the power supply components, and the like are provided. Further, consideration has been given to safety by providing an overtemperature rise prevention device 7 for detecting an abnormal temperature rise such as when the cooling fan motor 6 breaks down and turning off the power. At this time, setting the operating temperature of the overtemperature rise prevention device 7 and detecting humidity (of the vessel)
The key point in the design is where to do this, but in the past, it was possible to directly attach it to a part of the magnetron 4 that generates a lot of heat, or to detect the temperature inside the wind passage 8 after the magnetron 4 has been cooled by the fan motor 6. I was doing it. 1)'lJ
Person Q: The temperature setting is relatively high (160-160℃).
The latter is used to protect the magnetron 40 parts, whereas the latter has a relatively low set temperature (1oO~12
0℃), and is installed in a position to protect the parts of the magnetron 4 and to turn off the power even if the heated object in the heating chamber 9 overheats and burns. A prevention device detects multiple abnormal temperature rises to ensure safety.

However, the settings for operating humidity and detection position are very inappropriate, resulting in malfunctions (the excessive humidity prevention device operates even though it is not a malfunction), and the magnetron 4 malfunctions because it does not do its part to protect components. was often the case.

The purpose is to provide a safety structure that can be designed quickly and easily without malfunction.

It has a configuration in which an overheat prevention device 7 is installed in a part of the air path before cooling the magnetron 4. Therefore, an abnormal rise in humidity in the magnetron 4 and heating chamber 9 when the cooling fan motor 6 or the like breaks down is quickly detected by the common overtemperature rise prevention device and the power supply is shut off. Therefore, it is possible to ensure the protection and safety of the parts of the magnetron 4, and also prevent malfunctions (continuous operation under a very light load, or due to extremely high ambient temperatures during use, even if there is no malfunction). The rise prevention device 7 will operate.
)のない安定した安全性能を有するものである。) and has stable safety performance.

In addition, in order to improve the cooling performance of power supply components such as the magnetron 4 and transformer 2, an air guide 11 that constitutes an orifice is installed. is inhaled and cools each power supply component. At this time, the wind after cooling the magnetron 4 is introduced into the heating chamber 9 through the wind passage 8.

It has a structure that makes it difficult to receive damage.

The position where the detection part of the overtemperature prevention device is cooled by the wind before cooling) When the fan motor 6 is rotating, the humidity of the detection part remains low even during light load operation close to dry firing or when the ambient temperature is high. The increase has been kept low. However, if cooling is not performed due to a failure of the fan motor 6, the temperature of the detection unit will rise rapidly.
