Claims (1)
備え、空気源からの圧縮空気を一方の吸着筒に供給して
除湿し、この除湿された圧縮空気の一部を減圧して他方
の吸着筒に逆流させて、他方の吸着筒内の吸着剤を再生
するようにし、この除湿と再生とを交互に繰返すように
した吸着式除湿装置において、前記一方の吸着筒と他方
