  1. 撮像素子と、該撮像素子前面に配設された絞り゛　　と
    、該振作素子による撮像信号を増幅する前置増幅器と、
    該増幅器により増幅された撮像信号の大きさを制御する
    感度調整回路と、該感度調整回路により制御されｈ撮像
    信号のホワイトピーク値を所定レベルでクリップするホ
    ワイトクリップ回路と、該クリップ回路にてクリップさ
    れた撮像信号あ平均値レベルに応じて前記絞りの開放度
    を制御する自動絞り制御回路とを具備してなるテレビカ
    メラ。
