【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図のイは従来のバイトホルダーの斜視図、口はその
使用状態を示す斜視図、第２図は本考案による改良バイ
トホルダーの一実施例を示す図で、イは正面側よりの斜
視図、口は正面図、ハは裏面図、二は前壁側面図、第３
図は本案改良バイトホルダーを使用して切削する状態を
示す説明用斜視図で、これらの図面において、１００は
直方体ブロック、１０１はアーム、１０２は直方体の前
壁、１０３は直方体の正面壁、１０４は直方体の裏壁、
１０５はバイト挿入口、１０６はバイト挿入孔出口の前
壁１０２の縁部、１０７は同様に裏壁１０４の縁部、１
０８はバイト、１０９はバイトの止めねじ、１１０はバ
イトの幅方向に設けた刃先、１１１は１１０に対し直交
する副の刃で切粉の逃げ道でもある。第３図において１
１は自動盤、１２はチャック、１３は被切削物、１４は
アーム１０１を把持する基礎固定枠１．１５はアーム１
０１の止めねじ、１６はバイト１０８による連続切削屑
、第２図における〜ａは１０°である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）直方体ブロック１００と、該ブロックと一体的に
    形成され、基礎固定枠１４に把持されるためのアーム１
    ０１と、バイトの止めねじ１０９とから成り、前記直方
    体の前壁１０２と、該壁と直交とする裏壁１０４との夫
    々の壁の内側に゛　　　近接し、夫々の壁と６〜１５°
    の範囲内の傾角をなす、ホルダ一本体１００に対し横方
    向に貫通するバイト挿入孔１０５を穿設することを特徴
    とする改良バイトホルダー。
  2. （２）前記バイト挿入孔出口の前壁１０２および裏壁１
    ０４の夫々の縁部１０６，１０７が薄肉で連接され、こ
    れにより強度を保持し、バイトを短かく突出させて切削
    を行いうるようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    記載のバイトホルダー。
  3. （３）　　ｍ記ハイド挿入孔１０５を通じてバイト１０
    ８が摺動、挿入され、正面壁１０３を通じ°て螺入され
    る止めねじ１０９によって固定される実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載のバイ
